Medelec was invited by our Tunisian partner, Sacem Industries, to promote the collaboration that exists between the two companies in producing our range of Compact Substations at the Elek Ener Trade Fair held recently in Tunis.
Compact substations, as the name implies, are a small sized, “plug-and-play” solution ideal for a vast array of requirements on an electrical distribution network including industrial complexes, hospitals and housing estates. They comprise of an incomer compartment, transformer and outgoing compartment in an enclosure that offers outdoor protection for the equipment.
Medelec has already supplied hundreds of units of various ratings using Sacem transformers for Libya, Mauritania and now Nigeria.
We look forward for further collaboration between Medelec and Sacem in the future.
